By submitting your entry, you agree to allow Vision Communications to use your name and likeness for

promotional purposes on the radio and social media without compensation; permit Vision Communications to send you e-mail correspondence; and provide your e-mail address to prize sponsors. Contestants’ entry

information will be provided to each sponsor of the Ultimate Christmas Giveaway.

Current employees of Vision Communications, Inc (dba KADI FM and KICK AM/FM), staff or immediate family members (parent; sibling; child by blood, adoption, or marriage; spouse; grandparent or grandchild), agents, successors, or assignees of Vision Communications are not eligible to win.

All winners will be determined by random drawing from legally submitted entries. Drawing will occur at a Live Radio Party at CPO - Redeemed, 4140 S National Ave, Springfield, MO on 12/7/24 between 1 - 2 pm.

Entrants who attend the Live Radio Party at CPO – Redeemed between 12 noon and 1 pm on 12/7/24, can

submit a BONUS second entry.

Winner of the Ultimate Christmas Giveaway receive a Grand Prize valued over $10,000.00. Prizes are itemized on the front of the 11/18/24 mailer and at UltimateChristmasGiveaway.com. Grand Prize must be picked up at Vision Communications Office 1550 E. Battlefield, Suite A Springfield, MO by 5 pm 12/20/24.

If a winner is deemed to be ineligible after the drawing, or does not pick up their prize before 5 pm 12/20/24, another drawing will be declared and fulfilled from entries submitted during the contest window.

Certificate redemption is subject to printed limitations and expiration dates. Some certificates may require

users name and other information to activate and/or for redemption. Grand Prize winner may retain the prize in its entirety or gift any or all of the items as they see fit.

There is one (1) 1st Runner-up Prize: a $300 VISA Gift Card courtesy of AGCU. and one (1) 2nd Runner-up

Prize: a $200 VISA Gift Card courtesy of AGCU. 1st and 2nd runner-up prizes must be picked up at Vision

Communications Office 1550 E. Battlefield, Suite A Springfield, MO by 5 pm 12/20/24.

Grand Prize winner is liable for any appropriate taxes for their prize package and required to: complete

a 1099 form, pick up their prize in person, provide picture identification, and proof of their Social

Security number.
